A. Dear,
The main eligibility criteria of OBC NCL is that the applicant’s parents’ annual income should be less than Rs. 8 lakhs. Also, salary and agricultural income are not to be considered as income for calculating annual income for creamy layer status. If in any of the last 3 years, the applicant's parent's income is below 8 lakhs, the candidate is qualified for OBC NCL. So, yes you are eligible for it.

hope it helps!

Regards

Ensure that the terms and conditions are clear, including the interest rate, repayment schedule, and any consequences for defaulting on the loan. However, if the lender has filed a complaint with the police alleging fraud or criminal intent, you may need to cooperate with the authorities. A. Dear Client,
The state where you and your family spent 43 years of your life i.e completed education, made all the documents required for proof of identity and address, etc. is considered your home state. The state/UT we migrated to and currently residing in is your domicile state. So, you can write in your attestation form mentioning that your father originally belonged to Bihar but migrated and domiciled in West Bengal 40 years ago as supported by your documents.
