I am Ms.Savita, retired govt teacher. My mother died in aug,1990 but my father didn't applied for the family pension but now i want that pension.So i just want a advice that it is legal or not ?

A. Dear Sir,
You just adopt filing of writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India. It is nothing but a writ petition only. The office will scrutiny and ask you to make necessary corrections etc.

A. Dear client kindly file affidavit and publish into official gazzette for name change.but you can not change your name completely.this procedure only for errors or speling mistakes. you can not change your caste but you can change your religion.

Two Voter ID Card
In the past, I have two voter ID cards in different state(Punjab & Himachal). Last year, I canceled Punjab voter id card. Now a person registers a case against me for this matter (Two Voter id card).

A. Dear Client, If person is Govt. Authority and has issue, related after your cancellation or you simply cancelled it, it would not amount to any punishment for that having two ID of different States, But if you have represented or given these ID for getting any position jobs, or monetary benefits then you may be in trouble, after verification by Authority concerned. How ever this depends on show cause notice if you receive.
