A. Yes, you belongs to OBC creamy lawyer as your fathers income is more than 8 lakhs. You are not entitled for any reservation in govt jobs. Try under general quota. With little effort you will get. Never seek alms from any body. Have self respect. You will succeed.

You can make it as a big issue if you wish. Lodge a complaint with the manager and then to the police it will take its own course, like issuing FIR then Challan will be filed in the Court. Nothing to worry.
