A. Sir, aap cheque bounce amount ka maximum 20% court mey deposit karke guilty plead kar sakte hai. Aur uske baad kishto mey chukane ki maang kar sakte hai. Aap apni pariwar ki stithhi batate hue bol sakte hai ki abhi paise nahi hai aur thora thora karke aap paise poori tarah chuka denge.

A. Dear Sir,
You mean to say a legal notice was send by you to the issuer of the cheque and same has been sent at last known address. You had taken due diligence and that deems to be served as per sec 27 of General Clauses Act.
