Sir i attend 6 times on the court against my check bounce case so i cant attend court today
And am a accused
So what will happened today if i didnt attend the court

A.Dear Sir,
the consequences of your non appearance is based on the stage of your case.
Sometimes it is important for you to be present & otherwise your documentary representation suffices.
In your case there is two things which can probably happen.
1. Your Ld.Advocate will file an absent petition and mention as to why the accused (that is you) is absenting himself from the court proceedings. After this the court may allow or disallow such petition & a next date will be given. [A petition is rarely disallowed, in your case because you have attended the court & this is your first absence the court will allow it]
2. In a stage where the personal attendance of the accused is not required. The Ld. Advocate can file a petition of Section 317 CrPC which is [representation of accused by his/her Ld. Advocate] this is generally filed when the personal attendance of the accused is not required and the court can proceed with the matter without the personal attendance of the accused.

A.If you are accused and not present or represented through an advocate, action will taken against you as per the procedure & act.
