A. Cheque bounce will not apply for a personal loan as the cheques given by you were towards security before obtaining the loan. At that point of time, there was no legally enforceable debt was existing.

Based on that the possibility depends.
If seeking documents belongs to other side and yet not marked, then you may not get certified copies. But there is option to seek Hon'ble court in cheque bounce case for calling those docs

A. First of all you will serve legal notice within the stipulated time i.e 30 days from the date of dishonor of the cheque and 15 days time will be given to repayment of aforesaid cheque amount, after completion of the said period you will file case u/s 138 of N.I Act.
