DOCUMENTS NOT MARKED

Sir, i would like to get certified copies of the documents which are in the safe custody of the court BUT the same documents are not yet marked. The certified copies are required to produce in the related cheque bounce cases in which i am the complaint

A.Dear Friend,
Are those documents belongs to you ? or respondent, you had not mentioned that.
Based on that the possibility depends.
If seeking documents belongs to other side and yet not marked, then you may not get certified copies. But there is option to seek Hon'ble court in cheque bounce case for calling those docs

A.Dear Sir,
If those documents belongs to other side and not marked then you may not get certified copies however you may try for calling for such documents before the cheque bounce Court.
