A.Dear Sir,
Three years is the limitation to file a cheque bounce case from the date of its bounds.

A.Any delay after statutory limitation is subject to condonation of delay with grounds stating such further delay.

A.If suit is filed for recovery within 3 years then it's ok. Thereafter delay condonation is required if strong n sufficient reason is there.
