If. Plaintiff not file any suit within 3 years or after 3 years and 5 month for recovery of money it will accepted or not the suit by court?

A.Any delay after statutory limitation is subject to condonation of delay with grounds stating such further delay.

A.If suit is filed for recovery within 3 years then it's ok. Thereafter delay condonation is required if strong n sufficient reason is there.
