A. You need to execute an affidavit declaring the fact that you want to change your date of birth in the specific documents along with that you need to submit your birth certificate, PAN Card, Voter Card and any other authenticated document to the concerned department for changing your date of birth on the respective document.

Neither salary nor income from other sources should cross Rs.8 lakhs in three consecutive years.
As per my understanding you are not eligible for OBC non creamy layer.

Before taking any sort of legal action try to solve it amicably. Talk to hem once. Inform the Secretary/president or any of the head of your area/ colony/ panchayat.

Under Hindu Succession Act post 2005.Even daughters have right to seek claim in the ancestral property and also share in the parents property.
If your parents either mother Or father or both died after 2005, then you are eligible to claim your 50% share in the amount received by your brother from selling that property.
