Cause title name and sale deed differs

My wife name in plaint is Kanchana in sale deed it is Kanchana Basskaran will the judge find mistake in it.. Also husband name is D Bhaskaran not Basskaran as in sale deed, is it a mistake.

A.Absolutely!! Since both the names are not matching at all therefore the learned judge shall raise question against such indifferences.

If there is a typing mistake in the plaint regarding the name of the plaintiff then the plaint can be simply amended by an Application before the concerned court.

A.Hi client,
In case of court you can amend the Cause title by asking for such rectification.
And in case of deed you can do rectification of deed before the registration office.
