My plot has East & North road, south & west as other plots. My north side plot document also has a road on its south. Now my north side plot constructed boundary and now I am constructing boundary around my plot. But opposing my south side. Its a panchyati layout. The lay out is like below.
|farming land|Plot No1|Plot No2|Plot No3|Road|Plot No4|farming land|. My plot is PlotNo3. The order of registration happened is Plot1, Plot2, Plot4, and Plot3. Few Qs. If we go to court, Does the order of registration considered? How we go about this?

A.Hi client,

Consult an advocate from your area who expertise in civil matter. If every document seems perfect you can file a civil suit before the competent authority.

Thanks and Regards
