Private neusense and verbal threats by neighbours Private neusense and verbal threats by neighbours

My neighbours are causing private neusense by making different noise all throughout the day like praying instruments noises which is normally impossible as prayer are done in only few times a day and household prayers are 99.99% done without using so much praying instruments, thus intentionally causing private neusense noises, also others noises like children sharp loud noises in nights also.
When asked for stopping these noises they are threating verbal and abuse which I will record and produce in courts when applicable.
Kindly suggest the legal action against them.

Before taking any sort of legal action try to solve it amicably. Talk to hem once. Inform the Secretary/president or any of the head of your area/ colony/ panchayat.

If all these fails, take all the proves and lodge a police complaint against them.

A.Dear Client!

Kindly make a video recording and then file a police complaint against them for creating nuisance.

Police will take care of it. Else you can move before the Civil Court and seek appropriate relief from the court.
