A. Hi,
Suicide notes can be viewed as both an instrument and a dying proclamation, depending on the circumstances. A declarant's deathbed declaration is a statement made before to death about the cause of death that might be used to accuse a criminal. Its name is derived from the Latin phrase "nemo moriturus praesumitir mentire," which roughly translates to "man would not approach his creator with a lie on his lips."However, Section 306 of the IPC can be considered the precursor, and there has been ...ReadMore

A. Why do you need the investigation report? If you need the report to for any any further action in any court or any higher court then you need to file an application in the court to get an order asking the police to submit the investigation report either to the court or to handover to you for further actions by you. You yourself cannot go and ask for it and police will not handover it to you just like that.

A. Hi,
There seems to be no nexus of S.376. You can file for cheating u/S 415 IPC and cite adultery if you want to follow through with the divorce. However there would be no such case of s.376 except for on a false basis.

A. Hi,
You can approach the HC Under Section 482 CrPC. Section 482 preserves the inherent powers of the High Court to prevent an abuse of the process of any court or to secure the ends of justice. The provision does not confer new powers. It only recognizes and preserves powers which inhere in the High Court.

A. Hi,
You may contact the HR department. and send a legal notice to your employer but limited to the context of your employment termination and not on your mother's passing away since there seems to be no law regarding such incidents. You may go for arbitration with your employer or approach the labour commissioner and file your complaint in a labour court:
