Sir I want to know my neighbor file false case against my whole family very quietly I dont know about they file case now When police come I know that so they file case against section 341,323,448,506,504,34 so sir I get bail what I do to get relive from this false case I am a student now sir

1. By fighting the case in trial court with all your evidence and proofs.
2. by filing a quashing case in High Court for the same.
