One of my relative was attacked by some persons whom he owe some amount. He was badly injured and so filed attempt murder case against those who attacked. But now the petitioner is absconded without any information and his family is in trouble by getting threatening calls from the accused. How should they proceed further....

A.Dear Client
You may proceed to the police station and file a complaint against such a case. The police will investigate and find out their location by tracing the calls. You may also file a case against the same in the court.

A.Dear Client
The Complainant has to be there to assist the police in investigation and further process. If he has run away that there is nothing to say about him but if his family is being harassed and threatened by the accused then again his family can file a complaint to the police.
