usually nothing happens in these cases and thats the reason they are happening for so long.
only thing someone can do is to file FIR and then report to paytm to block that account.
usually those paytm accounts are closed immediately after getting money so paytm can not recover and refund.

A. You should approach a lawyer as soon as possible and don't pay the amount and also file a police complaint in stating the fraudulent act done by them and also submit all the evidences and proof which would prove that they are doing a fraudulent activity .
