A. Hi,
If you don't actually owe them money, ignore the mail or report it to the police if they continue harassing you.
This is a common technique employed by scamsters.

S.67 of the Information and technology Act deals with publication or transmitting obscene material in electronic form, this is a crime under Indian law. However, wedding photos are not obscene, and it can even be argued that social media platforms were created to facilitate the sharing of such pictures.
So no, it would not be a cyber crime.

once people not able to pay, they call your friends, family and relatives to defame you so you will pay in pressure.
but legally they can not call any of your friends, family and relatives.
your relative, friend can file police complaint on callers if police take it.

This data entry job is a fraudulent scam which has seen a sudden surge in the recent times. They will keep asking money and never refund it. It is suggested to file a complaint in the consumer forum.

A. if he not delivered mobile then you can file police complaint for cheating if police takes it.
other than that you can not much because you dont have address to send legal notice or file case.
