Firstly there cannot be two maintenances and it must be consolidated to one. File applications for reduction before both the courts since you are unemployed and if they reject then approach the High Court. You will definitely succeed. If you have no properties of your own then nothing will happen. It is a paper order.

A. What do you mean by basic formalities? It is very much important that the petition for divorce can be file after the complition of one year of the marriage on the grounds specified in the hindu marriage act. Yes adultery is a ground but it is very much difficult to prove the same in court. You can file petition on the ground of cruelty. You must have strong ground to claim divorce and any way it will takes years together. It is better go for mutual divorce without alimony which may be acceptable to both of you.

A. No she can't claim any right in your property after mutual consent divorce because it is a permanent alimony. And both the parties are agreed to it. All the things are mentioned in the petition
