A. You can file a mutual divorce petition before the Family Court. Since, its mutually agreed already, shouldn't take much of work and dates to complete the procedure.
More so, there is Supreme Court's ruling of 2017, wherein the cooling period of 6 months have been waived off as mandatory before passing a decree for divorce.
Therefore, it's better to have a skilled professional to deal with Court Case (appoint and advocate) and proceed with the case.

Ans. Registration of marriage is not compulsory but divorce is compulsory if you wish to go for second marriage otherwise it is bigamy offense under section 494 of IPC
2) we are ready for divorce by mutual consent (13b).
Ans: Yes you can go for mutual divorce.
