Can wife claim my salary without divorce ?

My wife is mis behaving with me and family. She quarrel all the time with me and my family. She is not ready to take divorce. So I can't give divorce to her. She is insisting to take my salary. My question is :
am I bound to give her part of my salary if she will go to court ?
She is living with my family because I am working in unsafe area in CISF.
or If she will live with me then am I bound to give any part of my salary to her ?
A.If she is residing with you need not pay her anything.

A.YES, You can get Divorce.
1) As per your question it seems that you are the Victim in Bad Marriage as your wife is just behind your salary
2) CISF is a safe area, who said it is unsafe
3) Where ever she stays with you only or even with your family you will have to support her as is NOT earning you have to take care of her Financially.
4) Try to make her understand I think she will understand you, if you try to understand her better. Give some time to her & try to discuss if problems if any. Sure there is a way out. Ask her why she needs more money, listen to her words & try to sort out before heading for Divorce.
