by the way, we did mutual divorce within 2 months even in lockdown but the timelines depends on city/state.

Most of the evidence we seen with people is garbage and not admissible.
There is even way to turn the table of same messages.

Annulment

A. No, you cannot file for annulment decree since there is no fraud. The best option is to go for divorce.
