If a claim for interim maintenance by a working wife is rejected can we assume that the court will also reject permanent alimony or maintenance in final hearings?

your wife has the right to receive maintenance or alimony money despite of the fact that she has rejected the interim maintenance. it is upon her whether she wants the maintenance or on the discretion of the court whether she is entitled to receive the alimony/ maintenance or not.
