A. There is no provision in law of sending notice for the divorce...jsut file a divorce case against your wife .and hired or engage an advocate

A. you have grounds for quashing.
else you all take anticipatory bail and then let her prove allegations.
DV case have limitation of 1 year so it is not maintainable.

If interim maintenance is rejected can we conclude that alimony is also rejected

A. hi,
your wife has the right to receive maintenance or alimony money despite of the fact that she has rejected the interim maintenance. it is upon her whether she wants the maintenance or on the discretion of the court whether she is entitled to receive the alimony/ maintenance or not.
