A. Hi,
your friend can prove that her wife cheated on her by not revealing about her past. She can be charged under section- 405,406, 415, 420, fraud, concealment etc. your friend needs to find out whether she was in contact with that person even after marriage or not.

speak to your wife and sort out the matter. having a separate kitchen is not a big issue. if your wife is abusive in any way towards your parents your mother can file a domestic violence case aganist her.

A. YES, Mutual divorce is possible without telling anyone.
infact nobody have any say in mutual divorce except you 2.
In many of our cases, people lived in same house till divorce finalized.
after divorce is granted, it becomes new relationship under live-in which is again husband-wife (informal) so it is not advised to avoid any further complications.
