If your in-laws harassed you.then file 498A case .nd if you want to live separate from your in laws .then also file domestic voilence case...if you want divorce .then file divorce case and contest it...if you and your husband both agree for the divorce..then file mutual divorce case .it hardly take 5 to 6 months
