A. You can file divorce on a lot of grounds
However it is best if you go for mutual consent divorce.

A. Mam there are a variety of things you can do
You can file a mutual divorce
File a Domestic Violence for the trauma
Also claim maintenance u/s 125 CRPC from husband, children and family.
But before all of that do send them a legal notice and see if they comply.
