My husband sent me divorce notice .since last year ,i live separately .i don't want to give divorce to him.we don't have any child.i have filed 498 but it will complete in next 2 months . Divorce filled by husband, if i never agree for divorce, can he get divorce without my sign ? Can court give divorce if i don't agree?

A.Dear Madam,
It is very difficult for him to get divorce. You may claim monthly maintenance during the pendency of litigation.

A.Mam,
If you don't want to give divorce then you should contest it. The court will never grant a one sided divorce except in cases of extraordinary circumstances where the opposite party fails to appear after reapeted notices.
In my opinion you should contest the same and let the court decide.

A.Contest the divorce matter if your husband filed case against you
If he did not file case you can file conjugal rights and maintenance case against your husband
You can file these both cases if your husband filed divorce
