My merried life tatal 4 years.we lives saperatly since last year.we dont have any child. if i dont want divorce Can husbund get divorce ? He is ready to pay me some amount.but i dont want to give divorce. Is there any chance to get divorce if i dont sign? Can court order for divorce without my sign ?

A.No court grants divorce like this
They will issue notice to you accepting which you need to be present in the court.
If you don't then the court may grant divorce ex parte.

A.Dear Client,
No court grant Divorce without prior notice issued to you, but if notice issued at your address and this has been true , and not attended by you ot notice is suppressed then court may grant ex-parte order of divorce.
