Sir/madam, I Abhinaya Alley resident of sikkim, West sikkim . My question is that my actual dob is 1996 but in my class x marksheet it has 1998 . In this problem what should I do ? Can I do affidavit

A. Dear Client,
There are two things.One is Certificate, and the other is Mark sheet.
Do you mean to say DOB in Certificate is different from Mark Sheet.If the answer is yes, it can be sorted out.
The next point is where did you study? Government School or ICSE pattern or CBSE pattern. All three Authorities are separate from each other.
Do let me know the details, I might be in a position to say something after going through your complete story.

Step-1 Go to the Office of Registrar from where you have received the Certificate.Explain the concerned clerk about your situation.
Step-2 Follow the advice and also the procedure stated by him/her.
