I am facing 498A, 504, 506 section 3 and 4 Dowry Act. How much time will it take to fight and win in Trial Court. Whether it is necessary to come every month

A. Dear Sir,
If it is in FIR stage and no charge sheet is filed then you may go to High Court for quashing the same if not all the Sections but atleast Section 3 and 4 of Dowry Act. If charge sheet is filed then file discharge application under Section 239 of Cr.P.C. It is wise to prolong the criminal proceedings in your interest failing which you have to suffer conviction order even if Court get 10% evidence.

my wife filed 498A on me. but i want her written complaint on me. (not FIR), because there is key point as evidence in the complaint. is there any possibility to get? if so how??

A. Dear Sir,
If FIR is issued you can get copy of FIR and copy of written complaint either from the Court or from the concerned police station. It being a public document and you cannot be denied. In your interest you may approach High Court and get a stay on such false FIR and ultimately it may be quashed.
