Domestic violence
Dear Sir/Madam,
I beg to state that, I am Mousumi Haldar wife of Rajorshi Haldar and daughter of Gopal Chandra Mukherjee. We are married from 30th October 2014 as per marriage certificate and social marriage on 18th Jan 1915. After marriage me and Rajorshi Haldar residing my In-laws house at 143A, Kankulia Road, Golpark, Kolkata-700029 Police station- Rabindra Sarovar. Where Rajorshi Haldar and his father Jyoti Prokash Haldar, mother Ruby Haldar and my Brother-in-law Kalyan Haldar continuously threatening me and my family face to face or over phones in different ways telling they have so much of influence. They are physically and mentally torturing me. Rajorshi Haldar himself physically assault me and keeps away our child from me and confined her other room in their flat many times.
My father is almost bedridden and my mother takes all the responsibilities alone. In this situation I had to leave my in-laws house and staying with my parents through police help with my only three years old little girl after 18th October 2019. My parents house at 43/2/A, J. K. Mitra Road, Belgachia, Kolkata-700037, Police Station - Tala.
Even after leaving my in-laws house Rajorshi Haldar misbehave and threatened me over phone. After 1st November, 2019 he is not contacting me or my parents to known whereabouts of our child now a days. Only he gave a debit card with some short of money. Because he no job and has no enough money for us. He is not giving me his any official or any other papers to look at. All the papers he kept to his father. So I don't know about his official post or salary or others he gets.
Now i have to take the matter further. After waiting above a month i have submit a police complain in Rabindra Sarovar PS and filled a 498a case. Regarding this case investigation officer D.K. Mondal did not help me. I also miss 2 hearing date the i.o. did not gave me any information. Throughout the investigation he is totally partial. Along with 498a i have
filed 406 also. As per 406 when i have gone to my in laws house for taking my Stridhan Inspector Mondal misbehave with me in front of my husband and in-laws. Also he gone with my husband alone in another vacant flat to consult alone on duty. The jewelries which i have got from my in-laws and other reative of them was stolen by my husband and his parents. Even my in- laws gave jewellery to my daughter was also I do not have got. My father in-law Jyoti Prakash Haldal blems me that i have stolen those Jewellary. But the i.o. does nothing about this. I am afraid that under that inspector supervision proper investigation can not possible.
Now from Dec'19 and Jan'20 Rajorshi Haldar send me only Rs. 5000 per month for me and my daughter. I filled a claim case on Domestic violence. I don't want to live separeted for the sake of my daughter. I want that Rajorshi Haldar have to take all responsibilities of me and my daughter and he have keep us alternate residence other than my in- laws house.
Please help me or guide me to overcome this situation. I have only 3years old baby.
You can file DV case seeking following reliefs.
