How to get certified copy of partnership deed registered in Maharashtra
We have a partnership registered in Maharashtra, there is some dispute with a partner. The partner is not giving me copy of partnership deed. So how can I get certified /duplicate copy of partnership

1. An application for certified copy
2. Non-judicial Stamp Paper of ₹ 10/-
These two documents are required for getting a certified copy, submit it in RoF office

You have to visit the Airtel company outlet and present a written request application along with some other required documents.

You may get stay order from Civil Court and ask them to approach Civil Court and attach your properties if any otherwise they cannot do anything against you.
