The court should be informed of the death of OP and as per the order of the Court necessary steps to be taken by the Registry to find out the legal heirs/representative to continue the proceedings. Anyways as a shareholder you have your rights to raise the voice and concern in the company matters but certainly your voting rights are limited due to lesser shared being allotted to you.
