You will not be vested the good title over the property just because you possess a power a attorney. If a person dies, POA automatically get terminated on death of executant or person in whose favour POA was executed. The laws governing contracts and power of attorney in India are not self-explanatory when it comes to revoking power of attorney. Hence, it is up to the courts to decide upon the same.
