A. Dear Sir,
If one of the executor of POA is died its validity become null that is invalid and any document executed on behalf of such POA is also a invalid document.

Does co of and wife of mean the same thing in a property paper? If co of means it is general power of attorney, can it be revoked by only one person w/o the signature of the other?

Usually Gst for Property is less like 3% only to my own knowledge.
