you need seller private company also to do registration which can not happen now.

I am looking to buy a property . the property has in total 3 sale deeds 1st sale deed - property allocation from an association to Owner1 - data of registration 31/03/2004 and year 20-3-2004 2nd Sale


A. this error is not of serious affecting ownership.
it is better to have rectification deed but if not possible then issue legal notice and also publish in newspaper for your security in mind.
Make proper sale deed for registration this time by mentioning all details.
dont go for any cheap deed writers.
