Bought a Flat from a builder who was renting it. I was told they had rented it to some manager of the company when I brought it. but after I brought I understood that the builder had given it to some political person who was keeping her mistress in it. Now the builder is saying that he will vacate in a few days and this is line is being repeated by him since 2 months now. What should I do?

A.If the project is registered under RERA, you can file complaint with it or else with consumer forum. Builder may be under influence of that political person. Find out who is that political person and expose him.

A.Hi,
Since you are now the owner you have the right to possession. If the builder is not giving you the possession you can file a case in RERA court and even claim compensation for the delayed possession.
