Land dispute or fraud

When a person and his wife have land a person using some loop holes sold a piece of land which is in his wife's name saying it's his and sold it with his signature using registrar's help after few years now he's demanding that we can't sell the land since it's his wife's and in same way he sold land which is in his name to some other people and then transferred land in his name to his wife's name which the wife transferred to their son's names now their kids are demanding that the land is in their name and when we wanted to start criminal proceeding against their father they are threatening that they would rather send him to jail and since he's 70 they will get him out using health reasons or to get divorce agreement so that he can go scot free this is the way they proceeded with up to 10 different parties and now demanding them to sell the land after maturity price to less than half the market price using pressure of people with power what is the solution to it
