Secondly, an agreement need not be registered even if it invloves immoveable property. A. Go to the website of RERA and lodge a complaint online. You don't have to mention any section, just mention your grievances, relief and compensation amount and the name of the builder. You will get complaint/reference number and for future reference. Just follow the instructions. If you have any doubts call them and they will assist you.
