A. Before signing such document, an agreement between you, old and new devloper must be signed where whatever terms and conditions has been mentioned in the previous devlopment agreement must be abided by the new devloper. or you can cancel the previous devlopment agreement and then enter into new devlopment agreement with the new devloper. I would advise you not sign any unconditional consent first you need to check that how the new devloper is planning to approach the construction.

A. If shop no 5 was mentioned in the booking form and shop us for self employment, u can go to consumer court. Send a legal notice and file a consumer complaint as per total value of property booked.

Builder has nothing to do with construction of extra floor. For your satisfaction just execute an agreement with him that he will have no objection if you construct the 3rd floor. However to construct that floor you must have to confirm from your areas Municipality/development authority that whether it is permissible to construct 3rd floor in that area.
