What is the defferance between listed date and listing date?

There's no difference between the listed date and the listing date, both are same. Listing date is the one means when the case is called upon for hearing before the judge.

How many days must the notice be served after the court has served the notice to the defendant?

The normal timeframe for these things is 30 days, but it may take less or more time depending on the facts of the case and the caseload on the judiciary.
