A. Hello,
It is the primary duty of Police to maintain public order and peace. If your actions disturb the public peace than police is correct in its doing, however, if you are not disturbing public you may approach higher officials and file a complaint.

A. In this case, since the matter is heard and the stage is "Order reserved" , the Order might come before the due date or any time after that, there shall be no separate hearing for the same.

A. Since your query pertains to promotions pertaining exams and not the entry level exams, these are internal rules governing, which can be petitioned before the High Court.
