Pension and due arrears non payment Pension and due arrears non payment

I retired from bihar government service in year 2013. My pension and other due arrears are still not cleared despite multiple communications. My provisional pension stopped in October 2015 without any official communication citing the reason. I am thinking of initiating legal action. Please provide guidance.

A.Hi,

We need to know the department, group, duration of service to find the exact requirements. However, request to meet with a service lawyer expert in your area ( the lawyer who deal with service matter), consider the below before you approach:-

A. file an RTI seeking the reason for not making the payment

A.Dear Sir,
It is not know why they have taken such step, whether any departmental inquiry is initiated and pending, if not immediately get issue a legal notice and file writ petition for release of arrers of pension with interest.
