Money debt

My mother owes money to someone.there has been a delay in paying the full amount but having been paying the debt in small amounts clearing it slowly. We paid him 25k just two days back. Now the person is blackmailing that they will post my mom's and my pictures(which they took from my mother's facebook) online if we don't pay the amount they are asking.

A.Plz approach police authorities in case of undue harassment n blackmailing as such. Simultaneouly also send a Legal Notice warning them about any illegal and malicious act intentions. Thanks n regards

A.Dear Sir,
It is a purely criminal act and let him know that if he venture to do so then you can file criminal case in police station also defamation case in civil court claiming huge compensation. If you due any amount the only option left to him to approach the civil court by filing money recovery suit. Unnecessarily why are becoming timid. Consult me for more options.

A.Hi,
I suggest, talk to him and try to resolve it amicably. Further, in any case if he publish the pics, you can approach police station for quickest action.
The present issue is called blackmail this also cover under law but take a attempt to resolve in discussion, else move to police station seeking protection from such threats.
