A.Hi
Parents can take back the property from their child using following steps:
1) File a petition under section 23 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act & Rules (hereinafter referred to as the Senior Citizens Act) revoking the deed , at the Maintenance Tribunals
2) Presently maintenance tribunals are located at the office of Revenue Divisional Office in your district.
3) Please note that maintenance tribunals are working under the Supervision of DIstrict collector and as such these are fast track courts.
Hope this information is useful.

A.Hi,

It is to be believed by the elderly parents that their child shall take care of them in their old ages but many times we come across many unfortunate issues. However, as you have not mentioned the method of transfer, we assume it was a gift. So kindly follow the below process:-

A. if he fails to look after, move a plaint before the civil court for cancellation of gift deed, serve a notice to registrar office too under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007
