Hi sir/Madam
My husband always give me mentally and physical torture to me and my both sons.
could you please suggest to me what i will do in this situation.
Me and my both the sons are also interested to stay with him.

A.Dear Client,
you can file a case against harassment under sec 354, 354A, 498 and 509 of IPC additionally you can file for divorce on the grounds of cruelty under sec 10 of the hindu marriage act. simplest step would be to file a complaint with your local police station or nearest magistrate for immediate action. please record some incidents to provide as valid proof
