Customs broker license revocation

Can customs revock customs broker license on the behalf of fake graduation degree after issuance of 3 years? Customs have already declare in rti that the department cannot allow any candidate in customs broker examination without varification of qualification/eligibilaty. Customs have already declare in interview result that license will be provide after varification of education qualification douments.
