The court finds my possession as legal and have been granting time to the landlord either to return my entire money or do stamp duty & registration and give me the ownership of the place however during this time the current accused landlord has refused to give concent to renew the FL3 license for which i have already paid the entire fees with penalty and the excise dept isn't allowing me to continue to run my business and am suffering huge loss due to this as the staff salaries & food expense & electric bills are to be paid monthly.. kindly help me get an interim order or some relief in this context at earliest.

A.Dear Client,
Given the urgency of the situation, you should consider filing an application or seeking an interim order from the court where your possession case is ongoing. In your application, highlight the essential facts, including your legal possession status, the refusal of consent for license renewal by the landlord, and the resultant financial losses affecting your business. Request the court to issue an interim order or direction to the concerned authorities, such as the excise department, allowing you to continue your business operations until the final resolution of your possession case. Ensure that your application is well-drafted, emphasizing the urgency and the potential irreparable harm you may suffer without immediate relief. Additionally, consult with your legal representative to navigate the specifics of your case effectively.
Thankyou
