Landlord deducted 9k for toilet seat. When I ask for the bill, he is complaining that tap is not working, shower is not working. The less water is coming due to the deposition of salt. But he is insisting that those replacement who will bare.
We put harpic on the last day of vacating, due to that blue stain was there. He is not ready to put effort more for cleaning. Already he charged us 3500rs for cleaning when we are vacating. After alot of follow up with the Kohler brand, it was found that 4300rs it actual cost. When I send the same to my landlord, he is denying that is not correct model. I asked for the invoice, he is replying that due to lockdown two months property was not occupied. Please help me how to get back my hard earned money.
