tenanat not giving rent and threatening me

i am landlord tenant not giving rent properly now it has gone to lacs and threatening me he will not give money
1.me and tenant signed the agreement that till the due is clear i will add interest @2 % every 3 months .
2.jan 2020to april 2020 month rent is pending.
3.if i file a case in court how long it will take to resolve.
4.whether i can complain to police that threatening me and i have recorded audio,video what they said.cr
5.reply who is working JUDGE/LAWYER in landlord/tenant problems.

A.1. you can serve him a legal notice through a lawyer to make payment of the outstanding amount along with the interest,
2. if payment is not made despite service of the legal notice, you can file a civil suit for the recovery of the amount along with the eviction,
3. you can search for the appropriate lawyer through the database of VIDHIKARYA

Issue a notice after lockdown to recover the due rent. Let's waive off the 2% interest.

A.Dear Sir,
My answers are as follows: You asked free question but demanding detailed reply. If such intention is there you cannot get your house for next few years. You must ready to pay fee of the advocate properly otherwise your property will be hands of your tenant. Have some reasonable expectations from free advocates who are rendering service like you. Ans: It is ok. Total enhancement is 8% per year, it is reasonable.
2.jan 2020to april 2020 month rent is pending.
Ans: You can not say both versions that is rent is clear and rent is pending. If such statements are given before the court in future you may not win the case.
3.if i file a case in court how long it will take to resolve.
Ans: Get file a Summary Eviction Suit and it will be disposed within 6 months. And ask your advocate to insist the other side to deposit arrears of rent if he wish to contest the case.
