I am 22 years old i have taken online mini loans of 15k fromcashbeen,loan front, etc for saving my friends life problem is they said loan tenure is 12months 6 months aftet taking the loan in the app they shown as repayment date is after 15days and intrest is 1200 for only 15 days with that i have bot been paid now they have decreased my cibil score for not paying 2500 how to pay the loan with 1200 intrest for only 15 days so please help me from this how to get off from these...
A.1) Who recommended this online mini loans?
2) What was the loan amount & the EMI?
3) Have you signed any agreement?
4) What was your friends life problem that you landed up taking this extreme costly loan?
5) During the time of COVID-19 the Government has already asked all the banks & NBFC for NOT taking any EMI so which you can pay later , so only the tenure of your LOAN will increase by 3 months & the same is approved by RBI
6) Next time the person calls for EMI payments record their comments & we can apply to the Ombudsman of the respective bank OR RBI (If any such incident is there please let us know where we can help you out)
7) As nobody can make forceful calls for recovery of loans

As per the Ombudsman Scheme for Non-Banking Financial Companies, 2018 (The Scheme), the need to appoint a nodal officer and failing to address the same, please raise the concern at below:-
